BusPoint provides an independent facilitation service for Hafilat card top-ups in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Abu Dhabi's Department of Transport (DoT), the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC), or any other government agency. Our service assists users in submitting and processing bus card recharge requests.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the 16-digit Hafilat card number you provide. BusPoint will process requests based on the card number submitted. If an incorrect card number is submitted, BusPoint cannot guarantee reversal of the top-up once processing has commenced. Contact us immediately at support@buspoint.org if you believe you have entered an incorrect card number.
All Top-Up Requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during weekends, UAE public holidays, or periods of high demand. BusPoint will use reasonable efforts to complete processing within the stated timeframe but does not guarantee exact processing times.
The minimum top-up amount per transaction is AED 10. The maximum top-up amount per transaction is AED 500. BusPoint reserves the right to modify these limits upon notice.
A service fee may apply to each transaction. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you prior to final confirmation of your Top-Up Request. Service fees are non-refundable once a transaction has been processed.
Payment for top-up services must be made in UAE Dirhams (AED) using an accepted payment method. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), UAE bank transfers, and digital wallets accepted in the UAE. BusPoint uses secure payment processing and does not store sensitive payment card data beyond what is necessary to complete a transaction.
You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that payment information is accurate. BusPoint reserves the right to decline or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:
All content on the BusPoint website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of BusPoint or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from BusPoint.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BusPoint makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or free from technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, BusPoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of transit access, or financial losses beyond the amount paid for a specific transaction.
BusPoint's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BusPoint, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
BusPoint reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the effective date of the latest version at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before commencing legal proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BusPoint with respect to your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
